Lorin Ball is a breakdancer who first competed in American Ninja Challenge 2, but his video didn't make the top 6.

In the first season of American Ninja Warrior, his run was cut, but according to Ball himself, he failed the Pipe Slider.

Ball then competed in American Ninja Warrior 2. His run was digested, but it shown that he blazed through the course and placed 26th overall in the qualifier, moving on to the semi-finals. But in the semi-finals, he was one of many competitors to fall on the Salmon Ladder, as he was shot forward by the trampoline leading up to the obstacle and fell into the water, humorously swearing upon being vaulted. He did not advance to Boot Camp, barely missing out by placing 16th overall.

He returned in American Ninja Warrior 3 and he finished the qualifier in 1:36, but his time was not enough to make the Top 30.

American Ninja Warrior 4

Lorin then competed in American Ninja Warrior 4 and he went much faster than last time, clearing the qualifier in just over one minute which was good enough for 5th place. In the Semi-Finals, Ball got revenge on the Salmon Ladder that took him out two competitions ago and he finished the course, earning him a spot in Las Vegas. In Vegas, Ball managed to clear the First Stage with the second fastest time only behind Derek Nakamoto, but in Stage 2, Ball failed on the Double Salmon Ladder ending his run early.
