Loading Dock (ローディングドック) was the second obstacle of the First Marine Stage that appeared in the first three VIKING tournaments, before being removed in VIKING 4 in favour of Kōsoku Slider.
The obstacle consisted of three bags (each weighing 7.5 kg) and a narrow bridge the competitor had to cross. Three of the bags dropped down from three different chutes (one on the competitor's left and two on the competitor's right, with the ordering of right-left-right) and the competitor was required to catch one of the bags and continue across the bridge.
Failure to catch any of the bags resulted in immediate disqualification and if the competitors were still standing on the bridge, it would rotate, forcing the competitors go down to the water below.
