Lisa Hair is the wife of ANW competitor, Austin Hair. She is nicknamed the AS Ninja for her lifelong battle with ankylosing spondylitis.
Lisa was originally supposed to compete in American Ninja Warrior 13 alongside her husband Austin, but was pregnant with their first child at the time of the taping. Their daughter, Lena Rose Hair, was born in August 2021.
American Ninja Warrior 15[]
Lisa competed in ANW 15 alongside her husband, Austin in the fourth qualifier. Her run was briefly shown in a montage, where she was one of the many to fail the second obstacle, Greased Lightning. She didn't make the womens' top 5. Austin on the other hand completed the obstacle and made it to the fifth obstacle, advancing to the semifinals.
American Ninja Warrior: Couples Championship 2[]
Lisa and Austin also appeared in the American Ninja Warrior: Couples Championship 2. She was able to get through the first three obstacles once again and along with her husband, Austin Hair were able to get six points guranteeing them a spot in the second round. In the second round, they raced against David Bergstrom-Wright and Caitlyn Bergstrom-Wright, while Lisa was able to get her revenge on the first obstacle she got behind David and Austin wasn't able to catch up to Caitlyn eliminating them in the first round of racing.
American Ninja Warrior 16[]
Lisa then competed in ANW 16 in the second qualifier. This time around, she was able to make it to the fourth obstacle, before falling on Duck Duck Goose. She placed 5th among the women, but this meant she would have to compete in the runoff races against Nikki Zink, who placed 4th among the women.
During the runoffs, the two were even for much of the race, with Lisa in the slight lead. Ultimately, Nikki failed Hopscotch, while Lisa cleared the course, earning the runoff victory and subsequently advancing to the semifinals.
Lisa later raced against ninja legend Jessie Graff in the last semifinal episode. It was a quick race as Lisa failed on the second step of Home Run while Jessie surprisingly failed two obstacles later on the Wingnuts. Nevertheless this meant that Lisa didn't advance to the national finals.
Lisa is set to compete in American Ninja Warrior 17.
