Lilah Nathison is a competitor from North Carolina who first competed on American Ninja Warrior 14 as a high school sophomore.
Lilah has graduated from high school in 2025 and has currently accepted an offer to play for the first ever women's flag football team at Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina.[1]
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
She competed as a 15 year old rookie during the first qualifying episode. She had a good run, clearing the first four obstacles. Like many other competitors that night, her run ended on the Salmon Roll. Her time to that obstacle placed her 23rd overall in the top 30 and also 4th among the women. She later competed in the second semifinals episode. Her run was digested, but she failed on the third obstacle, going out on Clockwork, ending her rookie season.
American Ninja Warrior 16[]
Lilah returned for her second season in the second qualifier. Her run was digested, but she failed on the balance obstacle, Dangerous Waters, and didn't advance to the semifinals this time around.
Lilah later announced that due to a shoulder injury she is sitting out of ANW 17.[2]
Lilah is set to compete in American Ninja Warrior 18.
