Buell first competed in Los Angeles in American Ninja Warrior 8. His run was cut in qualifying, but it was revealed that he cleared the course with the 9th fastest time.
His run was digested in the city finals, but it was shown that he failed the Wedge. Buell made it to the Wedge in a quick enough time to place in the top 15, in which he placed 9th again. His run in Las Vegas was also digested, but it was shown that he failed Sonic Curve.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Liam's run was cut, but he had competed in American Ninja Warrior 9 in Los Angeles again. He fell on just the second obstacle, Cannonball Drop.
