On SASUKE Vietnam competitions, Last Man Standing refers to the competitor (Vietnamese or international) who made the furthest than any other competitor during the season.

Lê Văn Thực and Mat Redho achieved the feat of Last Man Standing in two seasons, the most in SASUKE Vietnam history so far.

SASUKE Vietnam 2 Lê Văn Thực Final Stage: Total Victory David Campbell, Nguyễn Phước Huynh and Lê Văn Thực advanced to Final Stage on that season. David Campbell became the first competitor to achieve total victory on SASUKE Vietnam and the third American to achieve total victory on any SASUKE/Ninja Warrior's international format (after Geoff Britten and Isaac Caldiero, both on American Ninja Warrior 7). Then, Nguyễn Phước Huynh became the second competitor to achieve total victory on SASUKE Vietnam and the first Vietnamese to do so. Finally, Lê Văn Thực became the third competitor to achieve total victory on SASUKE Vietnam and the second Vietnamese to do so. However, since Lê Văn Thực completed Final Stage faster than both David Campbell and Nguyễn Phước Huynh, he was then declared as the winner and won the VND 800,000,000 cash prize.
