Kosugi Ryūichi (小杉 竜一) is a comedian part of a comedy duo known as Black Mayonaise (ブラックマヨネーズ) who's lone SASUKE apearance was, despite the fact that he did not make it very far into the course, noteworthy. In SASUKE 18, he was the second competitor to attempt the Rope Glider and because of the obstacle's high velocity, he severely injured his shoulder upon impact; four other competitors were also injured prompting the obstacle's retirement. Kosugi's injury took six months to heal.
