Kojima Daisuke (小嶋 大輔) is a lifesaver who came in third in the 1200m race before SASUKE 18. Because of how he finished, he chose the highest number possible at that time, #99. He was completely cut from any broadcast making him the highest number to ever be completely cut.It was recently known from the Official Sasuke book that he had failed the first obstacle,Rope Glider.
