Kitaya Motoshi was the 2004 Beach Flags Champion and is most noted for his SASUKE 14 performance, where he made it past the Jump Hang and cleared the First Stage. In the Second Stage, he lost his grip on the Chain Reaction and failed there. That was the first time someone failed that obstacle since SASUKE 11. It was mentioned during his run that he competed at least two more times, failing the Jump Hang both times in SASUKE 12 and SASUKE 13.
