Kifuzaka (気負坂), also known as the Conviction Hill in the G4 broadcast, was the seventh obstacle of the First Stage in KUNOICHI 5, replacing the Chou Touhan. It was designed to be a time waster, however not many competitors spent much time on it (save for Komiya Rie, who still cleared the First Stage). The objective was to run over two curved slopes, where the first one was shaped like a small half-pipe, while the second was a narrow curve shaped much like theSoritatsu Kabe.

It proved to be a tad more difficult than the Chou Touhan, as competitors struggled to balance themselves atop the obstacle, but it still retired no one, and so was removed in KUNOICHI 6.
