Kawashima Takayuki (川島 孝幸) was the 2003 All Japan Tumbling Champion and is currently a member of the Muscle Musical. In the first tournament, Kawashima became the youngest person ever to reach the Final Stage, at age 18. He was also the first person to clear Stage Three. Ironically, he was the only person that made it to the final stage in Sasuke 1 to not compete in Sasuke 2. After a two year absence, he returned in the fourth competition, but his first and second stage run was all cut and failed the new obstacle, the Cliffhanger in Stage three, which took out many competitors that day. In that tournament, was introduced as a clerk at a Chinese restaurant. He returned to SASUKE after a seven year absense and competed in SASUKE 18 where he started strong, but lost time on the Pole Maze when his foot nearly hit the water. After a modest recovery, he made it to the Great Wall, but was too tired to scale the obstacle and timed out there. In SASUKE 19 he was all cut, but it is known he timed out before the Half-Pipe Attack because he got caught up on the Pole Maze, where it took him 2 attempts to clear it. He failed on the Half-Pipe Attack in SASUKE 20, this time actually attempting it where he failed sliding down on the rope. He then failed the Jumping Spider in SASUKE 21, this was his highest number in all of Sasuke until the next tournament where he was 93. In SASUKE 22 he avenged his past 4 defeats and made it to the Slider Jump, but failed. After a 7 tournament hiatus he returned for SASUKE 29. His run was all cut, but he timed out the Rope Ladder according to Wikipedia.
