Kato Yuka (加藤 有香) is a former SONY Bravia Ladies Field Hockey player who has only participated in KUNOICHI 2009, along with Yamamoto Yukari and Maeda Haruna. Prior to her appearance in KUNOICHI, she is also one of hockey players in the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
Kato made only appearance in KUNOICHI 2009, since Mizuno Yūko was absent from that tournament, she appeared at the final group involving former finalist Tanaka Maho. From there, she managed to beat all of obstacles, especially to Maruta Bashi and Buranchō. However, when reached the platform of Shomouheki, Kato was first to capture flag as she cleared, this followed by newcomer Chiba Eiko, Tanaka was eliminated when two competitors completed the stage before her. Her Second Stage performance was digested, but it is known by her attempts at the modified Tourenban, Enchū Nori, and Burandou, she ended up as became one of only five competitors to cleared the redesigned Second Stage, doing so at 193 seconds. Her performance, however, came to an end at the Flying Roll of the Third Stage, as she failed to complete the 1.80 meter bar on both of her attempts. As of results, both Kato and Yamada Sachiyo was eliminated to attempting Final Stage. She hasn't participated on KUNOICHI since then.

In the 2009 edition of Kunoichi, She was able to make it past the first two stages, an amazing feat for someone in her caliber, however she unfortunately could not make it to the final stage, she failed at the final hurdle of the third stage of Kunoichi 8. It is very unfortunate to how her run ended as famous Japanese personality, Shiho Kato is rumoured to have been in attendance and was personally cheering on Kato Yuka, hoping she would make it to the final stage, however like many viewers and fans alike they were disappointed to see how her run ended very tragically on the Flying Roll of Kunoichi 2009.

- Kato appearance in Olympics wasn't seen in KUNOICHI 2009 profile preview, just like Tasha Schwikert in KUNOICHI 2003. However, Yamamoto Yukari had a Olympics footage, that means Kato complete as well.
