K.C. Boutiette is a former Olympic speed skater from Erie, Colorado. Before ANW, he competed in the 1994, 1998, 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympic Games, having won a medal in each game except 2006.
In his Olympic career, his best performance was in the 1994 Winter Games, where he won Gold in the 5000 and 10000 m.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
K.C. first competed in Tacoma in season 11 of ANW. His run was all cut, but his was one of 17 to fail the third obstacle, Barrel Roll, and didn't make the top 30.
American Ninja Warrior 13[]
He returned in the third episode of qualifying in American Ninja Warrior 13. He made it past the first four obstacles, but was one of several to fail the fifth obstacle, Pretzel Twist. This time, he made the top 30, placing 25th overall.
In the semifinals, he competed in the first episode. His run was digested, but he once again went out on the fifth obstacle, this time being Wall to Wall, and didn't make the top 15 at the end of the night.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
KC competed in the third qualifying episode in American Ninja Warrior 14. There he was running for his daughter, Brooky, who has 1P36 deletion syndrome. He once again reached the fifth obstacle, before failing Salmon Roll. He barely moved on to the semifinals, placing 30th overall.
He later competed in the fourth and last semifinal episode. His run there was cut, but it was revealed that he failed on Air Surfer (which he cleared during last season's qualifying), going out on the third obstacle, once again ending his season during the semifinals.
