Joel Mattli (ジョール・マットリ) is a Swiss self-employed brand ambassador, speaker, fitness model and sports coach who participated in Team Ninja Warrior Germany 1 & 2 (as a part of Team Rough 'N' Tough), Ninja Warrior Germany 3-10, Ninja Warrior Germany All-Stars 1 & 2, Ninja Warrior Switzerland 1 & 2, Ninja Warrior Austria 3, Ninja Warrior France 9 and SASUKE 43.

In Ninja Warrior Germany, Joel Mattli is one of the most notable veteran competitors, and is generally considered as one of the show's strongest and most successful individuals (especially in the regular competitions), who is most well-known for his all-round athleticism and his consistency. And while he performed strong and made a first good impression in Team Ninja Warrior Germany, prior to his first regular season, he has had a more wobbly start in his first regular season, Ninja Warrior Germany 3, failing in the Semi-finals Qualification. In the next three regular seasons however, Mattli improved rapidly, clearing the First Stage all three times, and achieving his (so far) best result in Ninja Warrior Germany 5 by making it all the way to the Third Stage. In the middle of these seasons, he also produced a great performance in Ninja Warrior Germany All-Stars, making it to the second Duel-Round of the Finals. And while he kept his consistency alive and continued to perform strong since then, Mattli unfortunately has yet to find his past the First Stage once again, and has also suffered a shocking early exit in the second All-Stars season by losing in the first duel round against Oliver Edelmann in the very last second. Overall, Mattli reached the Finals in five of the six regular Ninja Warrior Germany season he participated in, and has made it to the Second Stage thrice (from Ninja Warrior Germany 4-6) and the Third Stage once.

Apart from his Ninja Warrior Germany career, Joel Mattli has managed to demonstrate his true Ninja Warrior potential in Ninja Warrior Austria by dominating in Season 3 of the aforementioned show. There, Mattli became the first, and only person of that season, to reach the Final Stage, and then proceeded to achieve Total Victory, becoming the 1. Ninja Warrior Austria and winning a cash prize of 88,888 €.
