Jeramiah Boyd is a home and field star from Minnesota.

American Ninja Warrior Junior[]

Jera first competed on American Ninja Warrior Junior in the 13-14 age division. His qualifying runs were shown in Episode 7. In the seeding round, he defeated Peace Lopez to advance to the knockout round in the winners' seed. Then, in the knockout round, he won because his opponent, Melina Sarion, fell on the Flying Shelf Grab. Advancing to the final showdown, he faced Peace Lopez once again and defeated her once again, sending him to the semifinals.

In the semifinals, he first faced Ethan Bartnicki and beat him to the buzzer. Then, in the top 8 race, he faced and defeated Sophia Lavallee to advance to the finals. However, in the finals, he fell on the Flying Shelf Grab and lost to Nate Pardo. Still, he placed 4th overall in his age division, winning $2,500.

American Ninja Warrior 14[]

He made his American Ninja Warrior debut in the last qualifying episode. There, he put up a very strong run for a rookie as he was flawless through the first five obstacles. Then he decided to go for the Mega Wall, and he got up it with ease. He won $10,000 and also cleared with the third fastest time. He later competed in the second semifinals episode. He put up another strong run there, making it through the first seven obstacles with ease, before he failed on the eighth obstacle, Box Office. He placed 4th overall by the end of night, advancing him to the national finals. In Vegas, his run on Stage One was cut, but he cleared with over 40 seconds left. On Stage Two, his run was digested, but he surprisingly slipped off the third piston on Piston Plunge, ending his rookie season.

American Ninja Warrior 15[]

He returned for his second season in the second qualifier, now competing under the label "Jera Boyd". This time, his run was digested, but it was shown that he cleared with the second fastest time. Since he cleared in less than 1:20 he also got a shot at the Mega Wall and he completed it for the second year in a row, earning $10,000 and becoming the first ninja to complete both versions of the Mega Wall. He later competed in the first semifinal episode, competing against Josh Ferguson. Josh ended up failing on Hopscotch while Jeramiah later hit his first semifinals buzzer, finishing a second slower than Kaden Lebsack which meant he missed out on racing for the Safety Pass, but still advanced to the national finals for the second straight season.

At the national finals, he took several spins on the roulette wheel on The Gambler, and he had to hurry but he did finish Stage One for the second year in a row. On Stage Two, he took on Joe Moravsky. Initially, it started as a close race, but Jeramiah eventually won after Joe had an unexpected fall on Jawbreakers. Jeramiah later completed the course, and advanced to Stage Three for the first time. On Stage Three, he was looking strong, until he fell on the final move on Road Signs, ending his great sophomore season.

Jeramiah wasn't chosen to compete in American Ninja Warrior 16.
