American Ninja Warrior 8[]
Bartholomew first competed in Atlanta qualifying in American Ninja Warrior 8. His run was digested, but it was shown that he failed the Big Dipper.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Bartholomew competed in Daytona qualifying in American Ninja Warrior 9. His run was cut, but it was revealed that he was one of many to fail the Wingnuts.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
Bartholomew competed in American Ninja Warrior 10 as a walk-on. His run was digested, but it was shown that despite coming on the course with casual attire, he was able to get redemption on the Wingnuts, only to fall inches away from the landing pad on the Lightning Bolts. This time around, Bartholomew went far enough to place in the top 30, placing 22nd overall.
In the city finals, he failed the Lightning Bolts again but still managed to placed 14th overall and moved on to Vegas since only 13 competitors got past the obstacle. His run on Stage 1 was digested but it was shown that he failed the Propeller Bar, when his back slammed into the dismount platform.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
After a three-season absence, he returned for ANW 14 in the first qualifying episode. His run was cut from the broadcast, but he was briefly shown at the end in the Akbar Gbaja Biamila moments, was him being cheered on by Amar'E Stoudemire. He failed on Carnival, ending his season.

- Bartholomew is one of two veterans in ANW 10's Philadelphia qualifiers to fail the Lightning Bolts, with the other being Chris Fantauzzo.
- Before his run in Philadelphia qualifying, Bartholomew was shown throwing an awkward first pitch to Jamie Rahn. This was a tribute to Akbar Gbaja-Biamila's viral first pitch at a Phillies vs. Giants baseball game.
