Jacob Bowling, best known by his stage name DJ Tight Pants, is a radio DJ from Wichita, Kansas.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
He first competed on American Ninja Warrior 10 in Minneapolis. His run was cut, but he failed the Ring Jump, like many that night.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
He later returned in Oklahoma City where he made it to the fifth obstacle this time around. He fell on the transition on Coconut Climb, an obstacle that bears similar qualities to the Ring Jump he failed on last season. Sadly, he came up just short on making the top 30, finishing 32nd overall.

- His father, Lyman James, is also a radio host, currently working for the radio station Sunny 104.7.
- He got his nickname, "Tight Pants", when he started his first radio job in 2009.
- He has a background in soccer, playing it in high school. However, he could not continue playing due to surgeries cutting his seasons short.
