John 'J.B." Douglas is a gymnastics and parkour Coach who competed in two American Ninja Warrior Tournaments.

American Ninja Warrior[]

American Ninja Warrior 4[]

In American Ninja Warrior 4, he was one of the 15 competitors who completed the Northwest Regional Tournament, qualifying for Mt. Midoriyama as a rookie. He completed Stage One, but couldn't complete the transition on the Unstable Bridge.

American Ninja Warrior 5[]

In American Ninja Warrior 5 he failed the Flying Nunchucks, but was fast enough to place 21st in Venice Qualifying. In the city finals, he had first watched his brother Andrew take on the course, where after completing the course, shockingly failed the first obstacle, the Rokudantobi. However, JB put his brother's fall behind him, and completed the semifinals course with the 3rd fastest time.

He was the second competitor to run the Vegas finals course, but fell on the Jumping Spider, where he had the jump, but slid down the walls causing him to slip.

Team Ninja Competitions[]

Douglas hasn't competed since, but had been part of Alan Connealy's team, Flowmingo, in Team Ninja Warrior 2. The team would later be renamed as the West Coast Warriors in American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja, which he would also be part of.
