Iwamoto Hikaru is a stage performer, who first competed in SASUKE 33, but went out on the Quad Steps, despite training for the tournament. He returned in the next tournament, where he made it further than last time, but fell on the Fish Bone like many that day. In SASUKE 35, he exacted revenge on the Fish Bone, but went out on the new Dragon Glider. He returned in SASUKE 36, where he exacted revenge on the Dragon Glider, but timed out just as he scaled the Soritatsu Kabe. This was due to hesitating at the Fish Bone. In SASUKE 37, he wore his highest number to date, 86. But unfortunately, his once again failed the Dragon Glider, as his right foot touched the water on the dismount.
