Igano Hibari (伊賀野 妃羽理) attempted SASUKE eight times. She was a show dancer who became an actress. After her first two tournaments, she became known simply as "Hibari." (妃羽理)

She makes her debut in SASUKE 6 where she failed on the Jump Hang when time was about to expire. This was due to clearing the Rolling Maruta with a lot of time because the log stopped to roll halfway. In SASUKE 7 she clear the first three obstacles quickly despite losing one of her shoes after clearing the Maruta Nobori. She grabs the net of the Jump Hang in a high point, however she could not hold on and fail. In SASUKE 8 she will finally clear the Jump Hang but she was unable to scale the Soritatsu Kabe, also penalized by the rain who affected that tournament. In SASUKE 9, she failed the Rolling Maruta. She cleared the rolling track, however she lost her balance after the dismount and fell into the water. In SASUKE 10 she received her highest number ever, #990 (equivalent to #90), and she was defeated for the third time by the Jump Hang. In SASUKE 11 she would suffer another disappointing fall on the Rolling Maruta. In SASUKE 12 she would avenge her past two defeats but not the Soritatsu Kabe, being once again unable to scale. Her final appareance was in SASUKE 14, but she was completely cut from the broadcast.

Although Hibari did not participate in SASUKE 30, she did made an appearance there.
