Igano Hibari (伊賀野 妃羽理), later simply known as Hibari (妃羽理), is an Actress that has attempted SASUKE eight times. Prior to her being an Actress, she was originally a Show Dancer on a Pub.

In SASUKE 6 to SASUKE 8, for some reason, her age was mis-identified in the broadcasts, making it seemed like she was born in 1973. To avoid further confusion, her age was not shown starting from SASUKE 9.

SASUKE Career

She makes her debut in SASUKE 6 where she failed on Jump Hang, becoming one of 51 victims in that tournament. She fail it when time was about to expired due to clearing Rolling Maruta with a lot of time lost because the log stopped to roll halfway. This result repeated again in SASUKE 7, when she clear the first three obstacles in a more faster pace despite losing one of her shoes after clearing Maruta Nobori. She grabs the net of Jump Hang at a high point, however she could not hold on and fail.

She then increase her training and invite people to train together with her (creating what technically is the first ever public SASUKE Maniac community), where she can usually be seen training together with Iijima Toyohisa. This result showed in SASUKE 8 as she will finally clear Jump Hang, but she was unable to scale Soritatsu Kabe, which was very slick because it was affected by the rain heavily that day. Tipped by many to finally clear the stage in SASUKE 9, she shockingly failed at Rolling Maruta after she lost her balance while trying to dismount and fell into the water, possibly due to rushing to clear the obstacle.

Another intense training followed soon and this time, she even trained her Spider Walk's movement, as well as increase her upper-body strength by hanging on a pillar. In SASUKE 10, she received her highest number ever, #990 (equivalent to #90), however, defeated again for the third time by Jump Hang. In SASUKE 11, things didn't get better as she would suffer another disappointing fail on Rolling Maruta, with the case this time is she fail to hang on to the log due to the modification of the obstacle in the tournament.

She will then go to train at Nagasawa Hidenori's home and the result showed in SASUKE 12 as she would avenge her past two defeats, but she once more could not beat Soritatsu Kabe. She then take part in the SASUKE 13 Trials, but she failed Soritatsu Kabe once more. It is remained unknown if she was able to compete with that performance in the tournament, as she wasn't even listed in the list of Top 10 woman competitors. However, she will appear once more in SASUKE 14, but she was completely cut from the broadcast, so it was unknown where she failed.

Although she did not participate in SASUKE 30, she did made an appearance there as she was the coach of "Hibari Gundan" that consisted of three competitors. Despite high hopes, all three were digested and shown to have failed Log Grip.

Away from SASUKE

She was a Show Dancer on a Pub until she resigned around 2005. Right now she become a Coach to teach Ninja skills and also owned a bar named Kamari, which is located at Shinjuku City of Tokyo Prefecture, Japan.

Trivia

  • She is the first woman competitor to clear Jump Hang.
  • She is the first ever competitor to have his/her age shown at one tournament, then unknown at tournaments after, as opposed of being unknown right away. This probably due to TBS mis-identify her age from SASUKE 6 to SASUKE 8.
