In the Ninja Warrior Poland seasons, the Heat, is always serving as the first course for all of the competitors of Ninja Warrior Poland.

Ninja Warrior Poland 1[]
In the first season of Ninja Warrior Poland, there were six Heats in total, with each Heat course consisting of 6 obstacles in total. The course layout of these Heats consisted of the obstacle one always being the Quintuple Steps (Pięć Kroków), the second obstacle always being an obstacle, which consisted of an element sliding across a track, the third obstacle always being a balance based obstacle, for example the Coin Flip, or the Spinning Bridge, the fourth obstacle always being the Cargo Net of the Jump Hang, which had to be reached via using different elements, for example a Wheel, or a set of handles, the fifth obstacle always being a rather grip and technique-intensive obstacle and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals.
Ninja Warrior Poland 2[]
In the second season of Ninja Warrior Poland, there were also six Heats in total, with each Heat course consisting of 6 obstacles in total. The course layout of these Heats consisted of the obstacle one always being the Quintuple Steps (Pięć Kroków) again, the second obstacle always being an obstacle, which consisted of an element sliding across a track, the third obstacle always being the Parkour Run - a balance based obstacle, the fourth obstacle always being the Cargo Net of the Jump Hang, which had to be reached via using two sets of handles from Doubled Flying Squirrel's variant, the fifth obstacle always being a rather grip and technique-intensive obstacle and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals.
Ninja Warrior Poland 3[]
In the third season of Ninja Warrior Poland, in each of the six Heats, 2 obstacles were replaced in each of them: the second and the fifth, with the remaining obstacles remaining intact, as it was in the previous season. The first obstacle was always the Quintuple Steps (Pięć Kroków), the second obstacle always being an obstacle, which consisted of an element sliding across a track, for example, the Tilting Slider, which is also a more technical obstacle, the third obstacle always being the Spinning Bridge - a balance based obstacle, the fourth obstacle always being the Cargo Net of the Jump Hang, which had to be reached via using three sets of hanging shelves from the Flying Shelf Grab, the fifth obstacle always being a rather grip and technique-intensive obstacle and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals.
Ninja Warrior Poland 4[]
As in previous seasons, in the fourth season of Ninja Warrior Poland, the second and fifth obstacles were switched every episode. After 3 seasons, Sonic Swing (Lot Tarzana) replaced the Quintuple Steps as the first obstacle of each Heat, the second obstacle always being an obstacle, which consisted of an element sliding across a track with one large bump, the third obstacle always being the Dancing Stones - a balance based obstacle which could be overcome in two ways; slowly or quickly, the fourth obstacle always being the Swing Circle with 6 rings, the fifth obstacle always being a rather grip and technique-intensive obstacle and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals. New in the fourth season was the introduction of the famous Power Tower, where the 2 highest scorers of each Heat competed against each other in a 1v1 race, where the winner received a Golden Ticket and automatically advanced to the finals, and the loser with the remaining 8 participants went to the Semi-finals course.
Ninja Warrior Poland 5[]
In the fifth season of Ninja Warrior Poland, a novelty was introduced, namely the ability to choose one of the obstacles from two different ones in the third and fifth positions. A modified Sonic Swing with a trapeze bar instead of a rope has always been the first obstacle, the second obstacle always being an obstacle, which consisted of an element sliding across a track with one large bump, obstacles no. 3 were different elements requiring a good grip and strength paired with Snake Crossing - a balance based obstacle which could be overcome in two ways; slowly or quickly, the fourth obstacle, the fourth obstacle was always the obstacle that required good swing, strength, grip and laché, obstacles no. 5 always being a rather grip and technique-intensive obstacles paired with the Spinning Log - a balance based obstacle and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals, and 2 on Power Tower.
Ninja Warrior Poland 6[]
In the sixth season of Ninja Warrior Poland, the track layouts from the first seasons have been restored. Archer Alley replaced Sonic Swing to Trapeze as the first obstacle, the second obstacle always being a Big Dipper with various modifications depending on the episode, for example with a rope ladder at the end or with a rope, the third obstacle always being the Razor's Edge - a balance based obstacle, the fourth obstacle always being the Double Twister, the fifth obstacle always being a rather grip and technique-intensive obstacle and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals, and 2 on Power Tower.
Ninja Warrior Poland 7[]
In the seventh season of Ninja Warrior Poland, the track layouts worked the same way as always, only now more obstacles were swapped every episode of all six Heats, similar to seasons one and five. Snake Run replaced Archer Alley as the first obstacle, the second obstacle always being an obstacle, which consisted of an element sliding across a track with one large bump, the third obstacle always being a balance based obstacle, for example the Log Runner, or the Block Run, the fourth obstacle, the fourth obstacle was always the obstacle that required good swing, strength, grip and laché, the fifth obstacle always being a Ring Turn, which was more of a technical obstacle and required good grip, strength and swing and the sixth and final obstacle of each Heat course being the iconic Warped Wall (Krzywa Ściana), with the height of the wall being 4.25 metres (4 meters for female competitors). At the end of each Heat, only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat would advance to the next Round, the Semi-finals, and 2 on Power Tower.

In the fifth season of Ninja Warrior Poland, there would always be 30 participants at the start of each of the six Heats, except for Heat 1, which had 31 participants, which meant that there were 181 participants competing in this fifth season in total, with only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat advancing to the next Round, the Semi-finals/Power Tower.

In the sixth season of Ninja Warrior Poland, there would always be 28 participants at the start of each of the six Heats, except for Heat 1, which had 29 participants, which meant that there were 169 participants competing in this sixth season in total, with only the 10 best/fastest participants of each Heat advancing to the next Round, the Semi-finals/Power Tower.
Ninja Warrior Poland 7[]
In the seventh season of Ninja Warrior Poland, the number of participants was always different in each episode.
