In all five seasons of SASUKE Vietnam, the Final Stage, also known as Stage Four, or similar to the most International SASUKE/Ninja Warrior shows known as Tháp Midoriyama (Mount Midoriyama) always serves as the last of four "full" courses in SASUKE Vietnam. As of now, SASUKE Vietnam included two different iterations of the Final Stage, with all of them however sharing one singular goal; to clear the Final Stage tower before the time expires in order to become Total Victory and achieved a top prize.
Overview[]
Stage Four is the final stage of SASUKE Vietnam and it was determined to test whatever the ninjas had left. Although the stage has only had two obstacles throughout all five appearances, being the Spider Climb and Tsuna Nobori, it is essentially two final obstacles of the entire SASUKE Vietnam course. The basic concept is that competitors must climb up two spider walls and a rope to reach the button at the top of the tower before the time runs out, in order to achieve kanzenseiha.

First Version (SASUKE Vietnam 1 - SASUKE Vietnam 3)[]
Format overview[]
On the first three seasons of SASUKE Vietnam, competitors who attempted the Final Stage have to reach the top of the tower and press the button within a certain time limit to fully complete the Final Stage. On SASUKE Vietnam 1, the time limit to complete the stage was unknown, as no competitor was able to reach it (also due to the Final Stage in SASUKE Vietnam: Vietnam vs. The World have no time limit), but later the time limit was finally revealed in SASUKE Vietnam: Vietnam vs. The World 2 at 30 seconds only. This strict time limit combined with the previous exhaustion of the other stages means that this stage would serve as the ultimate beast for the participants who have made it this far. If there are several Finalists in a season and at least two of them achieve the Total Victory, the participant who would complete the Final Stage in the best time will be declared the winner of the entire season and will receive the main prize and a medal.
The timer of this Final Stage would start immediately after the fourth acoustic signal (the starting signal) sounded, and would not start as soon as both feet of the competitor completely left the ground mat (which was very similar to SASUKE).
Stage layout[]
SASUKE Vietnam 1's Stage Four (Mt. Midoriyama) tower (12-metre Spider Climb and 12-metre Rope Climb)
In the first three seasons of SASUKE Vietnam, the Final Stage consisted of two obstacles that were connected to each other:
- A 12-metre Spider Climb high (locally known as Leo Ván Gỗ),
- And a 12-metre Rope Climb high (locally known as Leo Dây).
The total height of this Final Stage tower were 24 metres to the goal, making this version was very similar to the Final Stage tower from SASUKE 29 to SASUKE 31. The design of the third Final Stage tower was extractly similar to the Final Stage tower design that was used from SASUKE 18 and onwards (except for SASUKE 25), but with serveral differents, such as the finish platform featured the "ĐÍCH" text on the "GOAL" text, the red steps that would lead to the starting platform and there were also a TBS logo and a VTV logo installations on both sides of the inner halfs of the metal construction, since SASUKE Vietnam acting as a bridge for the Japanese–Vietnamese relations.
Season Differences[]
The Top Prize and medal/trophy for the Total Victory was very different in SASUKE Vietnam 1 compared to since SASUKE Vietnam 2.
SASUKE Vietnam 1's Honda CR-V car Top Prize
- In SASUKE Vietnam 1, the top prize for the winner of the season would be a Honda CR-V car (worth more than 1.000.000.000 VND).
SASUKE Vietnam 2's cash prize of 800,000,000 VND
- Starting from SASUKE Vietnam 2, the top prize for the winner were 800,000,000 VND, due to the fact that no competitor completed the Final Stage and achieved Total Victory in the previous season.

- In SASUKE Vietnam 2, the winner would also receive a gold medal. This however got replaced by a bigger trophy in SASUKE Vietnam 3.
In the first three seasons of SASUKE Vietnam, there were several minor changes made to the Final Stage tower design:
Comparison for the finish platform design and light color of the Final Stage tower in the first three seasons of SASUKE Vietnam
- The first was the design of the finish platform, which featured two texts "ĐÍCH" and "GOAL" in SASUKE Vietnam 1. In SASUKE Vietnam 2, it was changed to two smaller texts. And in SASUKE Vietnam 3, the old light red finish platform was changed to the new dark red finish platform with the two texts "ĐÍCH" and "GOAL" being bigger and brighter now.
Compartson for the digital physical timer in SASUKE Vietnam 1 and from SASUKE Vietnam 2 to SASUKE Vietnam 5
- The second was the digital physical timer. The smaller black digital timer in SASUKE Vietnam 1 was replaced by the new bigger white digital timer in SASUKE Vietnam 2.
- The third was the light color of the tower, in which the metal construction of the tower originally has a light blue illumination that is emitted by the light blue lights inbetween the metal construction in the first two seasons. In SASUKE Vietnam 3, the light blue lights were replaced by new dark blue lights.
Comparison for the button in SASUKE Vietnam 1 and from SASUKE Vietnam 2 to SASUKE Vietnam 5
- The fourth was the red button, which was very small in SASUKE Vietnam 1. From SASUKE Vietnam 2, it was changed to a bigger red button.
Version Summary[]

However, in SASUKE Vietnam 2, this version was finally attempted by 12 competitors, a world record of the most competitors attempted Final Stage in a season of any national or international SASUKE/Ninja Warrior formats, beating SASUKE 3 and SASUKE 24, which have five competitors attempted the Final Stage. Out of 12 competitors, 3 competitors completed the Final Stage (David Campbell, Lê Văn Thực and Nguyễn Phước Huynh), achieving Total Victory. However, since Lê Văn Thực completed the Final Stage faster than the other two, he was considered as the first winner of the show and won 800,000,000 VND cash prize.
This version still used in SASUKE Vietnam 3 although it was the first season after Campbell, Huynh and Thực's Total Victories in the previous season. Despite that, no competitors attempted due to no Third Stage clear.
