American Ninja Warrior 8's Wall Flip in Stage Two
The Wall Flip is an obstacle, firstly introduced as the sixth and final obstacle on American Ninja Warrior 8 in Stage Two, replacing the Wall Lift from the past four American Ninja Warrior seasons.
Competitors must lift and flip over three Plexiglas-made walls that weigh 95 lbs, 115 lbs, and 135 lbs (roughly 43.08kg, 52.15kg, and 61.22kg) respectively, and then climb up a small wall to reach the buzzer. In its first appearance, only two competitors (Drew Drechsel and Daniel Gil) could reach and complete this obstacle within the time limit, and advanced to Stage Three.

American Ninja Warrior 9[]
American Ninja Warrior 9's Wall Flip in Stage Two
The Wall Flip returned as the sixth and final obstacle in Stage Two on American Ninja Warrior 9. However, the walls' weight was increased to 100 lbs, 125 lbs, and 150 lbs (roughly 45.35kg, 56.69kg, and 68.03kg) respectively. Only three competitors (Sean Bryan, Najee Richardson, and Joe Moravsky) could reach and complete this obstacle within the time limit, and advanced to Stage Three.
On American Ninja Warrior 10, the obstacle was replace by the Water Walls, which was the first underwater obstacle on American Ninja Warrior.
Tower-Variant[]
The Wall Flip would also make an appearance in various International Ninja Warrior/SASUKE formats outside of American Ninja Warrior, particularly as the last obstacle in their respective stage but with various modifications along the way. Due to space constraints amongst international Ninja Warrior formats, instead of being arranged in a straight line, the obstacle would involve the walls being stacked onto a three-storey tower with ropes. In fan circles, this obstacle is also referred to as the Wall Flip Tower. This version was first introduced in Ninja Warrior France.
Ninja Warrior France 4's Wall Flip
In Ninja Warrior France 4 and Ninja Warrior France 5, locally called La Tour de Plomb (literally The Lead Tower) was introduced as the seventh and final obstacle in the First Stage. On this obstacle, once competitors lift and flip over the first wall, weighing 30 kg (66.14 lbs), they must proceed to climb up a rope that will lead them to the second wall, weighing 40 kg (88.18 lbs). After repeating the process to the second wall, they must flip over the third wall, weighing 50 kg (110.23 lbs), and press the buzzer to clear the obstacle and the stage.
Ninja Warrior France 6's Wall Tower (Wall Lift part)
In Ninja Warrior France 6, a fusion version of Wall Flip Tower and Wall Lift appeared as the final obstacle in Stage One at the Grand Finale. In this version, there were two lifting walls, one at the beginning of the first floor weighing 30 kg and at the end of the third floor weighing 50 kg with the flipping walls weighing 35 kg (77.16 lbs), 40 kg and 45 kg (99.21 lbs) respectively; in addition, the ropes used from climbing to the next floor have been replaced by poles.

Ninja Warrior Germany 3's Wall Flip
In Ninja Warrior Germany 3, the Wall Flip, locally called Hebebrücken (literally Lifting Bridges) appeared as the fifth and final obstacle in Stage Two. Unlike American Ninja Warrior, there was actually pools placed below the wall, so competitors had to flip the wall in order to create a bridge to overcome the pool, hence the local name of the obstacle. The weight of the walls was also heavier than the weight of the walls of the original one in American Ninja Warrior, at 50 kg, 60 kg and 70 kg. Also, after flip the third wall, competitors just simply press the buzzer to complete the Stage Two instead of climb the small wall before, similar to the Wall Lift since SASUKE 8.
Ninja Warrior Germany 4's Wall Flip
Then, in Ninja Warrior Germany 4, the Wall Flip returned in the same position that the previous season did. This time, the obstacle was modified, in which the structure was reverted back to the version that similar to the one in American Ninja Warrior, and the weight of the walls was reduced to respectively 30 kg, 40 kg and 50 kg. The visual design was similar to the one of Wall Lift in European format.
In Ninja Warrior Germany 5, the Wall Flip was modified to the Tower-Variant version of this obstacle.

Ninja Warrior Israel 3's Wall Flip (הבניין)
In Ninja Warrior Israel 3, the Tower-Variant version of Wall Flip, locally called הבניין (literally The Building) appeared as the final obstacle in Semifinals and Finals' Stage One and was very similar to the one used in Ninja Warrior France 4.

In Ninja Warrior Germany 5, the Tower-Variant version of Wall Flip, locally called Vertikale Hebebrücken (literally Vertical Lift Bridges) appeared as the final obstacle in Second Stage, and was very similar to the one used in Ninja Warrior France 4.
Ninja Warrior Switzerland[]
Ninja Warrior Switzerland 2's Wall Flip
In Ninja Warrior Switzerland 2, the Tower-Variant version of Wall Flip appeared as the fifth and final obstacle of the Timed Section of the Second Stage. And while the obstacle itself worked very similarly to how it did in most international SASUKE/Ninja Warrior formats, the placement of the finish button was notably different. The button was placed after two additional poles that were placed after the third wall, which the participants then had to slide down to reach said button.
