Emmi Rose is a deputy sheriff from San Diego, California where she first competed in American Ninja Warrior 11.

Rose would debut on American Ninja Warrior 11 where she competed in Los Angeles. During her run, she became the first female competitor to complete Walk the Plank. However, she later fell one obstacle later on Spring Forward. At the end of the night, she was one of only three women to make it past Walk the Plank, therefore guaranteeing her 3rd in the womens' top 5.
Although she was just one of three women to complete Walk the Plank in qualifying, she ended up failing it in the city finals and not moving on to the National Finals.
