In the city finals, he made it to the Floating Monkey Bars before falling. However, he placed 5th again and advanced to the national finals. He is one of the few competitors in Tacoma to complete the Lightning Bolts both times in the Tacoma regional. In Vegas, his run was all cut, but he failed Spin Your Wheels.
