Colton Skuster is a college student from Salt Lake City, Utah who has competed in three seasons of American Ninja Warrior.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
Colton competed in the last qualifying episode in a monkey suit. His run was digested, but he failed on the second obstacle Shattered Panes, going out on the final panel of the obstacle, ending his rookie season early.
American Ninja Warrior 16[]
Colton returned for his second season in the fifth qualifiers. His run was cut, but he did better, making it to the fifth obstacle, The Cubes before falling. He placed 10th overall, and advanced to the semifinals this time around.
In the semifinals, Colton was up against Ben Behrends. Though both of them completed the course, Colton did so with a faster time than Ben, advancing him to the national finals.
Colton was shown in the first episode of the National Finals, where he had a decent pace throughout Stage One. Colton got a Stage One buzzer on his first trip to the National Finals, doing so with over 24 seconds left.
In Stage Two, Colton raced against Daniel Gil. Due to his inexperience on the stage, he attempted the course at a slower pace than Daniel, allowing Daniel to clear the course faster than him. Colton proceeded to clear the course as well but was not fast enough to make it to the top four non-winners bracket, ending his season.
American Ninja Warrior 17[]
Colton returned for his third season in the second qualifiers. He had a flawless run as he hit his first buzzer on a qualifying course with the fastest time of the night, clearing in 52 seconds, which gave him a shot at the Mega Wall, which he missed.
Colton later competed in the second semifinals episode. His run was digested, but after surviving a close call on Log Runner, thanks due his long legs, he later failed on the 8th obstacle Corkscrew on the last spin. Nevertheless, his insanely fast pace placed him 17th overall, advancing him to the national finals for the second season in a row.
At the national finals, Colton lost his first race against Kaden Forsha after falling on Piston Plunge while Kaden cleared the course. He then raced against Max Feinberg in his second race, where he had the lead after the Pole Grasper, but he ended up once again falling on Piston Plunge while Max cleared the course, also losing that race. His third race against Kyle Soderman was digested and he won that race after Kyle failed on the Floating Monkey Bars while Colton tried to clear the course faster than R.J. Roman's time at a chance to move on to the next round as a wildcard competitor for Course 1, but he ended up clearing a second slower than R.J.'s time, thus he was eliminated from the competition, ending his season.
Colton is set to compete in American Ninja Warrior 18.
