Color Fusion (カラーフュージョン), stylized as Color fusion in broadcast, was the second obstacle in the Second Adventure Stage in VIKING 3, replacing Galley that did not do any damage from the previous two tournaments.
It consisted of a random colour generator which the competitor stops by pressing a button before answering. Two colours will pop up on the screen and the competitor must figure out the colour that is made when those two colours are mixed together. For example if Blue and Red are mixed together, they make Purple. Answering it incorrectly dropped the competitor in the water via a trapdoor.
The only competitor to fail this obstacle was Sato Hiromichi, who failed after incorrectly guessing Red and Yellow makes Green (they actually make Orange when mixed).
