American Ninja Warrior 7's Coin Flip in Stage One
The Coin Flip is an obstacle, firstly introduced as the seventh obstacle in Stage One on American Ninja Warrior 7, replacing the Spinning Bridge from the past three American Ninja Warrior seasons.
Competitors must run across three free floating disks while maintaining their balance, in order to reach the landing mat. The middle disk was lower than the other two, which caused trouble for some competitors when they were leaping to the third disk. Not landing on the center of the disk would cause it to flip forward or backward.
Although only 2 competitors failed on this obstacle, it was notable for eliminating David Campbell (in a similar fashion with his Spinning Bridge fall on American Ninja Warrior 4), making it his fourth consecutive Stage One failure since American Ninja Warrior 4, which eventually would end on American Ninja Warrior 9. Like the Triple Swing, the obstacle was only used once, and was replaced by the Broken Bridge on the next season.

Ninja Warrior UK 3's Coin Flip
The Coin Flip appeared as the third obstacle in the finals' Stage 1 on Ninja Warrior UK 3, and all competitors who attempted the obstacle, could complete it.
Then, the obstacle appeared again on Ninja Warrior UK 4, as the third obstacle in Heat 2. This time, the number of disks was increased to 4.
Trivia
- The obstacle's design is similar to the Tire Swing.
- This obstacle is one of the only two seventh obstacle in Stage One (along with Domino Pipes), that has not been used in any city qualifying course, as the:
- Spinning Bridge was used on American Ninja Warrior 9 in San Antonio, and
- Broken Bridge was used on American Ninja Warrior 9 in Daytona Beach.
