Ninja Warrior UK's Cargo Net Rider
Cargo Net Rider is an obstacle, introduced as the second obstacle in Heat 2 on Ninja Warrior UK 1.
Competitors must grab a hold of the cargo net and slide down the metal track with a drop in the middle. The track also has a stopper in the middle of the second section, requiring competitors to time their dismount to the landing platform.
The obstacle was used only once, as it was proven to be extremely easy, as only one competitor failed it.
Trivia[]
- The Cargo Net Rider is the first instance of an obstacle to be created by an international show itself and is not based on obstacle replicas from other competitions such as American Ninja Warrior, SASUKE, KUNOICHI and VIKING.
- This obstacle, along with the Door Rider, marks the first time that two brand new original obstacles appear in the same season.
- The obstacle was a fusion of Log Grip and the cargo net that is used in several obstacles, such as Jump Hang, Rope Ladder, and Net Bridge.
