The Buranchō (プラン跳) served as the fifth obstacle in the First Stage of KUNOICHI 2009. It consisted of a playground-style swing set on posts. Competitors had to swing and leap off with the correct timing to land on a floating raft that led to the final obstacle of the stage, the Shomouheki.

It proved to be the hardest obstacle in the First Stage during this tournament, eliminating promising competitors such as Nishimura Chie and Higashi Rena, as well as many others. Notably, the transition between the obstacle and the Ikadawatashi resulted in the rules for making contact with the water be relaxed somewhat, as competitor's feet could touch the water, as long as the majority of their bodies remained on the Ikadawatashi.

Despite of this being one of the diffcuit obstacles on the course, due Kadoi Satomi and Komiya Rie both getting Kanzenseiha and due to the course reboot and change of format this was replaced by the Jump Hang in KUNOICHI 2017 Spring.
