Australian Ninja Warrior
On Australian Ninja Warrior, Brodie clocked the second fastest time in his heat (Heat 1). However, in his semifinal (Semifinal 3), he (along with his twin brother Dylan) went out on just the third obstacle (the Spinning Log).
Australian Ninja Warrior 2
On Australian Ninja Warrior 2, Brodie once again clocked the second fastest time in his heat (Heat 4). However, in his semifinal (Semifinal 2), he got disqualified on the seventh obstacle (the Salmon Ladder to Floating Monkey), when he reach the Floating Monkey part before reaching the minimum number of rungs on the Salmon Ladder (he went up 2 rungs on the Salmon Ladder, while competitors were required to went up at least 3 rungs). His time on the obstacle was actually fast enough to reach the top 8 and advance to the grand final. However, since Australian Ninja Warrior implemented a rule that competitors who got disqualified (i.e. broke the completion rule of any obstacle) would automatically out of the competition and not advance to the next round (regardless of their time to the obstacle), he didn't advance to the grand final once again.
Also during his semifinal, Brodie showed an unusual way to complete the third obstacle (the Broken Pipes). Due to the fact that the Spinning Log (a similar obstacle to the Broken Pipes) had taken out him (along with his twin brother Dylan) during the semifinals on the previous season, he simply made a run-up from the starting platform, then skipped the logs altogether by jumping from the starting platform to the red spring, and then to the landing platform.
