Brittany Hanks is a lab technician from Fort Worth, Texas. She is married to former competitor and ATS worker Thomas Doweidt, whom have been married since June 2019.
American Ninja Warrior[]
American Ninja Warrior 8[]
According to a recent post for American Ninja Warrior 11, she first competed in Oklahoma City in American Ninja Warrior 8. However, her run was cut and she didn't advance to the city finals. However, she was revealed to have failed the Ring Swing.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Brittany would return in San Antonio in American Ninja Warrior 9. Her run was cut from the broadcast, but it was revealed that she fell on the Tic Toc in qualifying, once again going out on the second obstacle. However, she managed to grab the final spot in the women's top 5.
Her run in the city finals was digested, but it was shown that she fell on the Sky Hooks, not moving on to Vegas.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]

Brittany returned to compete in Dallas in American Ninja Warrior 10. Her run in qualifying was digested but it was shown that she failed the Tuning Forks. However, her pace guaranteed her 4th among the women's top 5 at the end of the qualifying round.
In the city finals, she failed the Broken Bridge but placed 2nd in the women's top 2 and moved on to Vegas.
Her run on Stage One was digested but it was shown that she failed the Propeller Bar.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
It has been announced that Hanks would compete in Oklahoma City for American Ninja Warrior 11. In qualifying, she had a bet going with her future father-in-law, Mike Doweidt, to see who could go farther on the course. However, she and Doweidt both ended up going out on the Diving Boards. Brittany notably suffered a nosebleed after the rope on the Shrinking Steps hit her in the face. Neither of them made it to the city finals. This is Hanks' third time in a row failing the balance obstacle on a regional course.
Brittany was a course tester for ANW 14 & 15, but hasn't competed since.
