The Box Office is an obstacle, firstly introduced as the eighth obstacle during the second episode of semifinals on American Ninja Warrior 14.
The obstacle consists of three free-swinging cubes suspended over the water only by bungee cords. The first cube is placed significantly higher than the other two, while the middle cube is larger than the others and has square-shaped holes for competitors to hold on to.
After completing the Salmon Ladder, competitors must swing from the transition bar and grab onto the first cube by the top. The cube is held up by bungee cords, meaning competitors will have to land very softly, otherwise their fingers would just peel off from the impact. Afterwards, they must make a 90-degree mid-air turn in order to land their hands in the square-shaped holes of the second larger cube. They must then redirect their momentum towards a small six-inch cube, once again having to land softly, and then swing to the landing platform.
During the second episode of semifinals, this obstacle proved to be brutal as it eliminated ten out of the thirteen competitors that attempted it: Jera Boyd, Anthony Porter, Grant Nguyen, David Campbell, Jonah Bonner, Francisco Barajas, Kyle Soderman, Caiden Madzelan, and Hunter Guerard, and most shockingly, Sean Bryan. Only Josh Levin, Evan Andrews, and Josiah Singleton were able to complete the obstacle.
During the third episode of semifinals, this obstacle was modified by making the third cube bigger from six inches to eight inches, similar to the first cube, and the bungee cords dropped less in order to make the obstacle easier. As a result, there were more attempts on the obstacle and therefore more success on it as eleven competitors completed it. However, it still remained the hardest obstacle of the night as a total of ten competitors fell here again: Max Feinberg, Michael Bougher, Chris Behrends, Josh Wagg, Karen Potts, Gary Hines, Eric Middleton, Nathan Green, Kyle Schulze, and most shockingly, Enzo Wilson. As a result, it became the cutoff for athletes advancing to the National Finals.

Ninja Warrior Germany 9[]
In Ninja Warrior Germany 9, Box Office, locally known as Bungee-Boxen (literally Bungee Boxes), made its first international appearance, serving as the sixth obstacle in the third Preliminary Rounds of the season. Here, the obstacle differed in many aspects from American Ninja Warrior's version of it:
- The obstacle was a standalone and not preceeded by the Salmon Ladder.
- This resulted in there being now a pole that competitors had to climb up, and a stationary/lachรฉ bar placed right after the pole as medium to transfer to the first cube.
- All three cubes were aesthetically different, resembling classic dices with "dice eyes" with the first dice having four pips, second dive having three pips, and the third dice having two pips.
- The first cube was now a large cube with square-shaped holds, making it equivalent to the second cube.
- The second cube was positioned so that the square-shaped holds of the cube are parallel to those of the first cube, meaning that competitors were not required to make a 90ยฐ mid-air turn in order to land their hands in the square-shaped holds.
The obstacle was brutal as out of the 12 ninjas who attempted the obstacle, seven failed it, and most failed the transition to the third and final cube.
