Big Wheel Travel (ビッグホイールトラベル) was the eighth obstacle in the original single-stage version of KUNOICHI that aired on Kinniku Banzuke.
The obstacle was a massive tire of unknown weight that had to be rolled down a flat track until reaching the end, at which point competitors would be allowed to move on to the final area, not unlike the later Cannon Ball. To make the obstacle harder, two bumps were installed onto the track, with the second being taller and thicker than the first, making it more difficult to roll and potentially risking the wheel derailing or topping over, which would render the obstacle impossible to complete.
However, despite this potential difficulty, the Big Wheel Travel would not be attempted; no competitor made it to the Break Zone in its introductory tournament, and the perceived difficulty of the course resulted in the obstacle being removed and replaced by an unknown Daikon Radish-themed area for the 2000 competition.
