The Big Dog Ninjas are a team on American Ninja Warrior's team ninja competition franchise. The team consists of captain Jody Avila, Josh Salinas, and Brandi Monteverde.

Qualifying Episode 6- Chris Wilczewski Vs. Jody Avila - American Ninja Warrior- Ninja Vs. Ninja
The Big Dog Ninjas first competed in Episode 6 of American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja against the Lab Rats in Round 1:
- Jody Avila won the first race against Chris Wilczewski,
- Even though Brandi Monteverde lost the second race, her opponent Michelle Warnky coached her up the Warped Wall so Brandi could hit the buzzer too,
- Josh Salinas won the third race against Brian Wilczewski who fell on the Tilting Ladders,
- But the team lost the two relay races that followed, and they got eliminated.
The Big Dog Ninjas did get to compete as a wildcard against The Hashtag Ninjas in Wildcard Episode 11:
- Avila lost the first race against Nicholas Coolridge,
- Montaverde fell on the Floating Tiles and lost the second race against Larissa Cottle,
- Salinas fell on Bungee Pipeline and lost the third race against Jesse La Flair and the Big Dog Ninjas got eliminated from the competition once again.
