Ninja Warrior UK[]

Ninja Warrior UK 4[]

Beth's debut competition was Ninja Warrior UK 4. In her heat, she fell at the fifth obstacle, Flying Shelf Grab. However, this was enough to qualify for the semifinals. In the semifinals, she fell at Bar Hop.

Ninja Warrior UK 5[]

In her second season, Beth claimed her first buzzer and was the only female to hit a buzzer in her heat. In the semifinals, Beth cleared the course and hit the buzzer, becoming the second ever female on Ninja Warrior UK to finish a semifinal course. With a time of 5:29, this put her in 14th place going through to the next round. The top 20 athletes qualified for the next stage and Beth was the only female to qualify, granting her the status of last woman standing.

On the First Stage, Beth made it to the third obstacle, Log Runner, but fell here. During the fall, she dislocated her shoulder trying to catch herself, requiring two surgeries to later fix the damage.

Ninja Warrior UK 6[]

The sixth season of Ninja Warrior UK came back in 2022 with a head-to-head race format. Competitors had to win their heats to get through to the semifinal. Beth completed the course and won her head-to-head heat. This was the fastest female time in all of the heats.

In the semifinals, competitors had to race an elite ninja. Beth raced against Barclay Stockett. By the fifth obstacle, Pole Grasper, Barclay had caught up and was neck and neck with Beth, but Barclay managed to overtake and dismounted first. A stumble on the Warped Wall caused Barclay to miss, and Beth managed to catch the top of the wall and climb up to hit the buzzer and win the race. This was the fastest semifinal race of the females and put her through to the finals in first place.

In the finals, Beth raced Immy Hales, who qualified in 2nd place. Both Beth and Immy completed the course, with Beth hitting the buzzer first. Alix Ardnt was the only other female competitor to hit the buzzer, but Beth and Immy had the two fastest times, qualifying them both for the Rope Climb.

This was the first time in the UK any woman had attempted the Rope Climb. Beth got a slight lead from the start and managed to maintain and extend the lead, hitting the buzzer first. This crowned her the female champion. Immy hit the buzzer shortly after. The times were not shown, so it is unknown how quickly Beth and Immy climbed the rope.
