Ben Baker is a logger from Shiloh, Georgia. He competed on two seasons of American Ninja Warrior as a walk-on. He also is a frequent user of Sasukemaniac Forums.
American Ninja Warrior 7[]
Baker debuted at the Orlando Qualifiers as a walk-on. His run was all cut, but he'd later confirm his result on social media. Baker failed the Tire Swing after getting hung up and trying an early dismount.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Baker competed in Kansas City in American Ninja Warrior 9 as a walk-on. He was originally going to compete in Daytona Beach, but was #19 in the line and was too late in the line to compete. He re-attempted in Kansas City, where he was officially accepted as a walk-on being #10. [1]
His run in qualifying was cut but it was revealed that he completed the course with the 8th fastest time.
His run in the city finals was also cut but it was revealed that he failed the Salmon Ladder. Since there were a low amount of attempts on the back-half of the course that round, it was enough for him to advance to the national finals. He placed 13th overall.
On Stage One, he was shown on broadcast for the first time albeit digested. He had close calls on the Double Dipper and Jumping Spider, but survived both of them. He finally went out on the final obstacle, the Flying Squirrel.
