Anton Fomenko is a ninja warrior from from Nevinnomyssk, Russia. Anton started tumbling when he was 7 years old until he broke his knee, but came back to tumbling when he was 17. After serving in the Russian Navy he worked in a Russian Circus company for 3 years as an acrobat.
He has a Youtube Channel called Anton Fomenko and an Instagram account @fomajc. He is friends with Magnus Midtbo and Sean Bryan.
His first Ninja Warrior experience was in Ninja Warrior Russia season 1 in 2017 where he was one of only 5 people to make it to finals stage 2. He was in the USA at the time of season 2, so was unable to compete.
Anton credits his ninja career in the USA as starting with Mark Antioquia.
He competed in USA vs. The World 6, where he represented Team Europe. In Stage Two, he went up against Team USA’s Daniel Gil and Team Australia’s Daniel Mason. He was a real threat to Team USA as he was fast. However, his speed costed him a clear, as he got disqualified on the Extension Ladder.
Anton volunteers as a course tester for American Ninja Warrior in the USA.
He won the 2020 FISO World Ninja Championships in Moscow.
