Anastase Ragivaru (ラギヴァル・アナスターズ) is a Tahitian Dance Instructor who first competed in SASUKE 31. Due to wearing a wreath on his head, he is often called Wreath Man. He also represent his country, Tahiti, in a world canoeing competition in 2010 when he was 19 years old.

Much controversy surrounded Anastase in the First Stage in SASUKE 31. On the Rolling Hill, he jumped from the top of the obstacle, which is not allowed, but due to the fact that there was a miscommunication between him and the producers, this was ignored and he cleared with 35.68 seconds left, the fastest time of that tournament and the 4th fastest First Stage time in history, only behind David Campbell and Travis Furlanic in SASUKE 27 and Drew Drechsel in SASUKE 34. In the Second Stage, he had a small slip-up on the Salmon Ladder but powered through (so hard he ended up breaking a few rungs) and managed to clear, finishing with 17.02 seconds remaining, the 2nd fastest time. He failed the Crazy Cliffhanger in the Third Stage after his right hand couldn't get a firm grip on the end of the second ledge, causing him to slip and fall.

He competed again in SASUKE 32 wearing #94. He repeated his performance from the previous tournament by clearing the First Stage with the fastest time once again, and also clearing the new Second Stage with the fastest time of 28.63 seconds left on the clock. However, just after Drew Drechsel's run, the Third Stage was plagued with rain and frost, causing Ragivaru, who was up next, to slip twice on the new Drum Hopper Kai. This tired him out, causing him to lose his grip on the last transition of the next obstacle, the Flying Bar.

In SASUKE 33, he retained his number from the previous competition, 94. He surprisingly fell on the Rolling Hill. Later, it was revealed that he was in Europe a few days before the recording of SASUKE 33 and was forced by TBS to come back on short notice to compete. As a result, he arrived on set only half an hour before his run.

In SASUKE 34, he wore #93. He cleared the First Stage with 28.94 seconds and Second Stage with 6.81 seconds. In the Third Stage, he failed the Ultra Crazy Cliffhanger before the first transition. His entire run was digested.

Despite his performances, he has not competed since.

He has the 4th fastest ever stage one time in Sasuke history.
