American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 4 is the fourth competition American Ninja Warrior competition dedicated to female competitors. It was recorded after American Ninja Warrior 15 and 16, has premiered on May 12th, 2024 (to celebrate Mother's Day in the U.S.).
Competition Format[]
The competition worked as follows:
- Round One:
- Sixteen women competitors competed in Stage One, with the top 8 female competitors advancing to Round Two.
- Round Two:
- Eight remaining female competitors competed in Stage Two, with the top 4 female competitors advancing to Round Three.
- Round Three:
- Four remaining female competitors Stage Four with a knockout format, which is modeled after the Cat Grab event from the All Star Spectacular.
- The last female competitor standing was crowned as the champion, received the trophy, and win a cash prize of US$50,000.
