American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 3 is the third American Ninja Warrior competition dedicated to female competitors, which was recorded after American Ninja Warrior 14, and premiered on May 29th, 2023 (a week before the premiere of American Ninja Warrior 15).
Compared to previous championships, this was the first ever championship that taped during the Las Vegas National Finals.
Competition Format[]
The competition worked as follows:
- Round One:
- Thirteen women competitors competed in Stage One, with the top 6 female competitors advancing to Round Two.
- Round Two:
- Six remaining female competitors competed in Stage Two, with the top 4 female competitors advancing to Round Three.
- Round Three:
- Four remaining female competitors competed in Stage Four with a knockout format, which is modeled after the Cat Grab event from the All Star Spectacular.
- The last female competitor standing was crowned as the champion, received the trophy, and win a cash prize of $50,000.
