Alexi Matousek first competed in Pittsburgh in American Ninja Warrior 7. His run was digested, but he failed the Log Grip, where he almost cleared the obstacle, managing to grab the platform with his arms after slipping off the log. However, the log swung back around and struck him in the head, knocking him off the platform.
American Ninja Warrior 8[]
He returned in American Ninja Warrior 8, where he faced the Log Grip again. He successfully cleared it, but it was a slim victory as he fell one obstacle later on the Paddle Boards, as he attempted to run on one side of the boards and slipped into the water.

American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Matousek returned to compete in Cleveland in American Ninja Warrior 9. In qualifying his run was digested but it was shown that he failed the I-Beam Gap. However, he placed 23rd overall in Cleveland qualifying, and for the first time, advanced to the city finals.
In his first appearance in the city finals, he failed the I-Beam Gap again and did not move on to Vegas.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
Alexi Matousek returned to compete in Philadelphia in American Ninja Warrior 10. His qualifying run was cut, but like two years ago in Philadelphia, he failed the third obstacle. He stumbled on the Broken Bridge.
