Alex Weber is a professional speaker, host, and comedian who served as the host of NBC's Crashing the Course, an American Ninja Warrior digital exclusive that covered behind-the-scenes footage of the ANW obstacle courses. It ran for American Ninja Warrior 8.

Outside of public speaking, Alex Weber also has an athletic background in lacrosse. He played lacrosse for Penn State.

Crashing the Course

On the digital exclusive Crashing the Course, Weber would show the process of the obstacle design processes for the course. Often times, he would interview an ANW figure, whether it be a renown veteran (e.g. Geoff Britten, Kacy Catanzaro, etc.) a course tester, or even the producers/engineers of ANW. Most of the time, Weber would also have someone attempt a particular obstacle on the course, or even attempt it himself.

Obstacles He Attempted on Crashing the Course

*Out of the five obstacles on ANW 8 that Weber attempted, he managed to clear the Giant Log Grip on Stage 1 of the national finals.

American Ninja Warrior 11

Alex Weber also stepped on the ANW course in Los Angeles for American Ninja Warrior 11. His run on broadcast was digested, but he managed to clear the first two obstacles. His run later ended on Spring Forward.

His full run was shown as a digital exclusive on YouTube.
