Akimoto Kozō (秋元 功三) is a panel constructionist. In his first competition, he became the first person to attempt the Soritatsu Kabe, which he failed. After a hiatus, he returned for SASUKE 7, where he reached Stage Two, failing the first obstacle, the Chain Reaction.
During his run in SASUKE 7, it was mentioned that Akimoto was competing for the third time. This implies that he also competed in SASUKE 6 but was cut, however from the announcer's comments, it is known he failed the Soritatsu Kabe.
