Addy Herman is an 19-year-old from Pembroke, Massachusetts, who first competed in American Ninja Warrior Junior. She is the girlfriend of fellow American Ninja Warrior competitor, Noah Meunier.

American Ninja Warrior Junior[]

American Ninja Warrior Junior[]

Addy first competed in the first season of American Ninja Warrior Junior in the 11-12 age division. Her qualifying runs were shown in Episode 14. In the seeding round, she faced and defeated Ben Behrends, advancing to the knockout round in the winners' seed. There, she defeated Mica Zumann and advanced to the final round. She won the rematch against Ben Behrends, advancing to the semifinals. In the semifinals, however, she lost the race to Hans Hertz, ending her season there.

American Ninja Warrior Junior 2[]

Addy returned for American Ninja Warrior Junior 2, this time in the 13-14 age division. Her qualifying runs were shown in QR EP 6. In the seeding round, she lost to Evan Lavallee when she fell at the Sky Hooks. Yet in the knockout round, she defeated Autumn Mathisen to advance to the final round. There, she beat Gabby Romano to advance to the quarterfinals. However, she once again lost in the first round of the quarterfinals, this time to eventual runner-up Kaden Lebsack, and her season ended there for the second year in a row.

American Ninja Warrior 13[]

She made her ANW debut as a 15-year-old rookie in the fourth qualifying episode. She had a strong run as she made it to the fifth obstacle Pretzel Twist before falling. She placed 2nd among the women and also placed 16th overall in the top 30. She was in fact, one of five female competitors to rank within the top 30 that round.

She later competed in the second semifinal episode. Her run was digested, but it was shown that she failed on the fourth obstacle, the Spinning Bridge, and did not advance to the national finals.

American Ninja Warrior 14[]

At 16 years old, she returned for her second season in the third qualifying episode. Her run was digested, but she once again had a strong run, once again making it to the fifth obstacle Salmon Roll before falling due to her grip giving out there the end of the obstacle. She placed 21st overall in the top 30, and also once again placed 2nd among the women.

She later competed in the first semifinal episode. Her run was digested, but she was able to get revenge on the Spinning Bridge. She ended up falling the next obstacle, the Kaleidoscope, once again going out on the fifth obstacle. However, her time to the obstacle once again placed her 2nd among the women, meaning that she was able to advance to the national finals this time around.

At the national finals, she became one of the few women competitors to have ever gotten past the Jumping Spider. She had a strong run going until the Warped Wall, needing four attempts to get up. Addy never gave up and became the youngest female to ever clear a finals wall. With time running down, she rushed and failed on the next obstacle, the Dipping Birds, ending her strong second season. Since no female competitor completed Stage One and she was the fastest female to the obstacle, she ended up as the Last Female Competitor standing for ANW 14, breaking Jesse Labreck's amazing 4-year run (ANW 10-13 Last Female Competitor Standing).

American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 3[]

Addy also competed at the third ever Women's Championship which was taped during season 14 at the national finals. In the first round, she got revenge on the Dipping Birds and she later cleared the course with over 20 seconds left, hitting her first-ever buzzer and advancing to the second round in first place. In the second round, she cleared the first four obstacles before she failed on the Hornet's Nest. She placed 2nd and advanced to the third and final round. During the third round she defeated Abby Clark on the Cat Grab in the first race, and then she ended up losing to the eventual champion, Katie Bone in the final race.

American Ninja Warrior 15[]

After her breakout performance from the previous season along with her being the runner up in the Women's Championship, Addy returned for her third season in the first qualifying episode. Her run was surprisingly digested, but she failed the fifth obstacle, Lasso Launch, marking her third season doing so. She still placed 1st among the women and advanced to the semifinals.

She later competed in the second semifinal episode. She managed to win her race against Brittney Durant, who fell on Hopscotch. Addy was then pushing for her first buzzer in the regular season, coming so close to completing Slingshot, only for her grip to give out on the final bar, coming up just short of completing the course. Nonetheless, she still earned a return trip to Vegas.

At the national finals, she had a good run going on Stage One, despite needing an extra spin on The Gambler. On the Warped Wall, she got a hand on top on her first attempt, but couldn't hang on. Due to fatigue, her next two attempts weren't as strong as her first and she unfortunately timed out there.

American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 4[]

After being the runner-up of last year's championship, Addy came in as one of the favorites to win the championship this year. Compared to her previous runs in Vegas, she had little troubles, taking only one attempt to complete the Warped Wall, and eventually completing the course, placing 2nd. On Stage Two, she raced against Barclay Stockett, and it ended quickly, with Addy winning the race as Barclay failed the Double Salmon Ladder. Later in her run, Addy almost failed the dismount of the Falling Shelves, but was able to recover and complete the course, sending her to the final round once again.

On the Cat Grab, during the first race against Jessie Graff, Addy almost failed the jump to the other side, but managed to recover and win the first race. In the final race against Taylor Greene, Addy stayed ahead for the entire race, and won against Taylor, thus becoming the 2024 Women's Champion and earning the cash prize of $50,000.

American Ninja Warrior 16[]

Following her women's championship win, Addy came back to compete in the fourth qualifier round in the final full run shown. She made short work of the first three obstacles, but misjudged the backwards move on Heavy Metal and fell there, marking the first time she didn't make it to the fifth obstacle in qualifying. Luckily, she still advanced to the semifinals, placing 3rd among the women.

In the semifinals, she raced against Brittney Durant once again. The two were close through most of the race, until Brittney fell on Sideways. Addy then flew across the Spin Hopper and completed the course, hitting her first buzzer in the regular season. Overall, she placed 1st among the women and advanced to the national finals once again.

On Stage One, she easily cruised through the first four obstacles, but on The Gambler, she couldnโ€™t control the playing card from spinning causing her to lose time and energy. Then she managed to make it up the Warped Wall on her first attempt before falling once again on Dipping Birds when she came up short on the final step (which she had conquered previously in the past two womenโ€™s championships). This is her best performance to date.

Addy is set to compete in American Ninja Warrior 17.
