Ōmori Akira (大森 晃) is a Japanese comedian who is best known for his early performances. He reached the Final Stage three consecutive times (in the first three SASUKE tournaments), a feat that has only been replicated by Nagano Makoto in SASUKE 11 to 13. However, he never made it more than 12 meters up the Tsuna Nobori. In SASUKE 4, he shocked the world and failed the Rolling Maruta, an obstacle that he had passed once before. This began a string of four First Stage failures; he retired after SASUKE 7.

After eight years, he returned to SASUKE and participated in SASUKE 23, where he competed under his stage name, Monkikkī (モンキッキー). He initially stumbled on the Jyunidantobi, but managed to clear and made it all the way to the Jumping Spider before failing to stick to the walls. In SASUKE 24, he struggled on the Jyunidantobi, and failed there.

After nine years, he returned to SASUKE again and competed in SASUKE 37 with #4, his lowest number ever. He was able to beat the Quad Steps and Rolling Hill, but unfortunately he failed on the Wing Slider.

Ōmori also competed in several events in Kinniku Banzuke and was known as Osaru, including Bamboo Derby. He failed the Stepping Stones in Bamboo Derby 1 event. He also failed the Conveyor Belt in Bamboo Derby 2. He failed the Extra Kendama event in the Small Cup part. His first attempt in Sponge Bridge was all cut, but the announcer said he failed the yellow zone previously. His 2nd attempt he failed the red zone, half way past the red zone almost making it.

He also competed in Celebrity Sportsman no. 1.
